Elizabeth Gilbert spent a year out of the country, writing a book, and grieving from her divorce. For those of us that can’t afford that extravagance, Catherine helped me recover from a traumatic miscarriage and divorce.

Catherine had a profound positive impact on my thinking, which also had a positive impact on life in general. I don’t think I ever thanked her enough!

"My experience with the “Journey through Grief” group has been empowering. At first I was apprehensive because my grief was different from everyone else’s. I hadn’t technically lost anyone, I lost a relationship. Listening to others’ stories helped me to process my own. The group has encouraged and supported me through all the stages. It was the most comfortable place for me to begin being vulnerable and share how I was really feeling. I can honestly say that I have benefited more from 5 weeks of group than I have from the last 6 months of individual therapy. "

I appreciate the Seeking Safety group a lot! I learned a lot of coping skills and met a lot of beautiful women. Catherine was awesome, very understanding, and has a beautiful spirit. She was the best teacher I have had since I have been on probation and doing classes! Highly recommend, 10 out of 10!

I really enjoyed the Seeking Safety group, it gave me a sense of therapy. The group helped me learn that overall, I have to worry about myself first and take care of myself and my feelings. This group helped me identify red flags about myself as well as taught me ways to cope with my everyday life!

It’s been over two years since my last bet, I continue to go to GA every week. It seems like every week someone says how I have helped in their recovery and it’s very rewarding. My daughter turned 5 yesterday and last month we welcomed her little brother into the world. Because of Catherine's help, I am able to be the father and husband my family deserves, thank you!!
